The internal refurbishment works at Wellington House encompass a comprehensive upgrade of the facility, starting with a full damp investigation and the implementation of improved ventilation systems to the affected areas.
Key areas such as consulting rooms and the laboratory have undergone essential repairs and full refurbishment, including the installation of enhanced ventilation in the lab and the refurbishment of the finishes and fittings. The existing kennels have been replaced with new, modern units, and general refurbishment, including drainage improvements, have been carried out across all areas, covering finishes, flooring, ceilings, and lighting and power as required.
The reception area has been modernised with the installation of new, bespoke reception counters, and enhancements to the entrance and waiting areas, while selected windows and doors have been replaced to improve energy efficiency and aesthetics. Externally, general repairs have been carried out including masonry, render and joinery, finished off with a full external redecoration.
