Soffits and Fascias

This job is one of our most recent and required the removal of old soffits and fascia’s to be replaced with new.

Firstly, scaffolding was erected around the property to enable access to the guttering. The soffits, fascia’s, bargeboards and rainwater goods were carefully removed before being disposed of.

New white UPVC soffits, fascia’s and bargeboards were fitted to replace the old, before new black, half round gutters and downpipes were also fitted. These were then reconnected to the below ground drainage.
