Single Storey Garage Conversion – Cambridge
The Ashco team very recently completed this single storey garage conversion in Cambridge. The conversion transformed the existing space into an adaptable new bedroom and bathroom, complete with a level access shower. With the new garage conversion, the use of the space has been used to it’s full potential and also enhanced the overall living space for the whole family. Their home is now more accessible to their needs with the modern design that’s been created and the environment is welcoming to meet the needs of the client.
The overall project involved carrying out adaptations to the existing drainage, bringing the floor level with the rest of the property and a new roof.
The shower room was fitted with a level access shower, toilet, and basin, designed for ease of use and accessibility. This thoughtful design ensures that the space is both practical and comfortable.
Both the bedroom and the bathroom were completed with new flooring and fresh decoration throughout. The bathroom features elegant tiling that adds a touch of luxury to the space.
